GEOFFREY HAROLD IRVIN BRIGHT, 50, of Waihe'e, Maui, died May 20, 2003. Born in Honolulu. A carpet installer at Kahului Carpet. IL YE CHUNG, 73, of Wahiawa, died May 14, 2003. Born in Seoul, South Korea. Member of Olive United Methodist Church. CHARLES ROBERT CULLEN SR. 76, of Kane'ohe, died May 14, 2003. Born in Wai'anae. Retired machinist at Naval Ammunition Depot at Lualualei. Survived by wife, Eunice; sons, Charles Jr. and Roland "Aipa:"; daughter, Claudine Jenny; brothers, Leo, Patrick, James and Jerry; sisters, Miriam Oliva and Annie Lee; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. Survived by husband, George; sons, George Jr. and Leiff; daughters, Harriet, Zianna Pelland, Leimomi Hooper and Kazan Dela Cruz; parents, Herbert Hooper Sr. and Harriet Ne; brothers, Herbert "Bucky" Hooper, Gerald Ne and Reynolds Ayau; sister, Anna Lou Arakaki; 18 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. CATHERINE BROSS McNEIL, 83, of 'Aiea, died May 24, 2003. Born in Lebanon, Pa. Master Faberge designer.
