Tanner Henderson, right, is the ideal designer's muse. Although he is not a professional model, he has done shoots for Dalmau Custo, designer for the hot Spanish line Custo Barcelona, and local up-and-coming designers the Polyasco brothers (watch for more on them soon). He enjoys everything from board shorts and rubbah slippahs to tuxedos and wingtips, and will try anything once.

Age: 32

Occupation: Vocalist/lyricist for contemporary R&B group, Chant

The best bargain I ever found was: My favorite pair of Simple shoes at Ross Dress for Less for $25

I'm willing to pay more for top quality when it comes to: Men's dresswear that has a streak of originality

I can never get enough: T-shirts! I have a great affinity for tees with cool or quirky graphic designs.

My favorite designers are: True Clothing, LRG, the Sean John Collection and local designers, John and Jerry Polyascko for Polyascko2

Three men who inspire my look are: A mix of singer/musician MusiqSoulchild, MC/poet Common and actor Morris Chestnutt

My biggest fashion faux pas was: Anything from high school and the early years of college!
