Running

• Ongoing — Free jogging clinic. The Department of Parks and Recreation will be sponsoring two clinics, staffed by experienced runners, on Sundays. The Marathon Training Jogging Clinic will meet at 7:30 a.m. at Paki Hale in Kapi'olani Park. The Central O'ahu Jogging Clinic will meet in odd months at Wahiawa District Park at 6:30 a.m. and at Mililani Mauka Elementary School at 6 a.m. on even months. Nov. 20 from 5:30 to 8 p.m.; Nov. 21, 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.; Nov. 22, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.; and Nov. 23, 1 to 5 p.m. Cost: $50 for wrestlers, which will include a USA Wrestling competitors card; $30 for coaches, which also includes a card.
