Aikido

Karate

Running

• Ongoing — Free jogging clinic. The Department of Parks and Recreation will be sponsoring two clinics, staffed by experienced runners, on Sundays. The Marathon Training Jogging Clinic will meet at 7:30 a.m. at Paki Hale in Kapi'olani Park. The Central O'ahu Jogging Clinic will meet in odd months at Wahiawa District Park at 6:30 a.m. and at Mililani Mauka Elementary School at 6 a.m. on even months. Soccer

Swimming

• Ongoing — University of Hawai'i Masters Swim Club. At the Duke Kahanamoku Aquatic Complex. Open to adult swimmers of all ability levels. Morning workouts Monday through Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 7 a.m.; evenings, Monday through Friday 6 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. and Monday through Thursday, 7:15 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Fee: $40 per month.
