Group honors Hawai'i member

Robert Souza, a senior counselor with the Hawai'i Chapter of SCORE, Counselors to America's Small Business, recently received the Walter H. Channing Award of Excellence from the national office of the business mentoring group.

Souza also is chairman of the National SCORE Cyber Program. He is only the fourth person in SCORE's history to receive the award, which is given for providing outstanding and consistent service. Souza, who'll receive the honor Dec. 9, was nominated for developing SCORE's online counseling program.
