GALEOTOS

Sam Galeotos is stepping down as president of Cendant Corp.'s Travel Distribution Services division after involvement in its restructuring.

Galeotos, former president of Honolulu-based Cheap Tickets Inc., was president of Cendant's electronic reservations unit Galileo International Inc. since last year. New York-based Cendant bought Galileo and Cheap Tickets in 2001.

SOBIN

The Honolulu Board of Realtors named Judy Sobin as CEO of the professional trade organization.

Sobin was previously the Board of Realtors government affairs director in 1989-93. Most recently, she served as executive director for Volunteer Legal Services Hawaii.
