A 41-year-old woman reported missing on Friday was reunited with her family today.

Gail Harada was found to be at The Queen’s Medical Center after being taken there yesterday, said Officer Phil Camero of the Honolulu Police Department’s missing-persons detail.

Camero said emergency medical and fire department workers responded to a "disoriented person" call at Kalakaua and Kapahulu avenues at 4 p.m. yesterday.

The woman was taken to Queen’s.

Camero went to the hospital today and identified Harada.

Harada’s mother, Ethel Yoshioka, and brother Nathan Yoshioka had said yesterday that Harada has a medical condition and becomes confused when she does not take her medication.

Her husband, Keith Harada, had said he was not certain what his wife was wearing when she left their apartment on Ala Napunani Street, but thought she may have been dressed in shorts and a T-shirt.

Harada said his wife was with him when he went to sleep about 2:30 a.m. Friday, but said she was gone when he awoke at 8:30 a.m.

Harada, who does not drive, uses the bus to run errands and to shop in Salt Lake and at Pearlridge.
