"It's All Relative," 7:30 p.m., ABC. An above-average comedy. Liz finds out about Bobby's colorful love life and feels she must compete with his oversexed former girlfriend.

"The West Wing," 8 p.m., NBC. Bartlet's daughter has been rescued and he's back in the presidency, still seeking a vice president. Gary Cole plays the congressman he chooses.

"Angel," 8 p.m., WB. Last week's excellent opener concluded with the arrival of the villainous Spike. Now Angel has to figure out how he got there.

"Lewis & Clark: The Journey of the Corps of Discovery," 9 p.m., PBS. The second half of Ken Burns' lush documentary tracing the expedition that began in 1803.

"Karen Sisco," 9 p.m., ABC. Danny DeVito, who produces this terrific new show, shows up as an actor tonight in a story of a stolen baseball.
