Adoptables

Tasha

Tag No. 8341

Tasha is an affectionate 4-year-old female tabby who loves chin and cheek rubs. This big gal is neutered, vaccinated, has a microchip ID and is ready to go to her new home today. And because she is declawed, Tasha is strictly an indoor cat.

Peanut

Tag No. 625

Now a year old, Peanut is full grown but retains the playfulness of a puppy. He would like to be adopted by a family who will spend lots of time with him throughout the year, not just during October for Love-A-Dog Month.

FOUND

Tiger

Tag No. 8999

This 2-year-old orange cat is called Tiger but he could have another name. He was found Sept. 26 and remains unclaimed at the humane society. If you have lost this small sunny-colored tabby, please visit the shelter to claim him.

These animals already may have found new homes. Visit the pets at the Hawaiian Humane Society and McInerny Dog Park, 2700 Wai'alae Ave., noon to 8 p.m. weedays and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekends. The incoming-animals area always is open. If you've lost or found an animal, call the humane society immediately at 946-2187, ext. 285. See www.hawaiianhumane.org.
