Tonight's Must-See
"Karen Sisco," 9 p.m., ABC. Karen, the federal marshal, is supposed to meet a cop and a prisoner at an airport. The cop is dead on the plane and the prisoner is missing, and she has big problems, which expand when a guy bails out of the witness protection program.
Of Note
"Lying Eyes" (1996), 6 p.m., Lifetime. A young woman (Cassidy Rae) has a doting suitor. Alas, the guy's a liar and somebody is stalking her.
"Ed," 7 p.m., NBC. Carol has been hiding some old love letters. When Ed finds them he decides to meet the guy.
"Churchill," 8 p.m., midnight, PBS. Winston Churchill's life seemed made for PBS. Here's a three-hour documentary.
"The West Wing," 8 p.m., NBC. A new problem erupts when a North Korean pianist hands President Bartlet a note saying he wants to defect.
"Law & Order," 9 p.m., NBC. A young actress is stabbed to death in the apartment of a Tony-winning songwriter (John Shea). Robert Foxworth plays her therapist.
