Diaz still looking in Kahala

There's something about Honolulu that keeps actress Cameron Diaz coming back again and again.

So why not buy her own place?

Yes, she's shopping for a home or a condo, said Carl W. Smigielski, president of Sandwich Isle Realty, whose company showed the "Charlie's Angel" actress a few places in Kahala on her most recent visit last month with Justin Timberlake.

However, no deal has been made yet, said Smigielski: "She has been too busy with family and her boyfriend.

"But she said she'd be back next month, to keep looking, though her final decision will have to wait because her manager gets involved (in decisions like buying real estate)."

Where has she been searching?

"All I can tell is this side of the island," said Smigielski, referring to his real estate company's Kahala environs.
