"Ground Control" (1998), 8 p.m., Pax. Kiefer Sutherland plays an air traffic controller who drops out after a tragedy. Now there's an emergency and a former colleague needs his help. Sutherland is terrific here and gets excellent work in support. They deliver the raw emotions of people working in crisis.
