• Intersection improvements will continue on Nimitz Highway and Sand Island Access Road tomorrow through Saturday. Sand Island Access Road and Nimitz from Kalihi Street to the Ke'ehi Interchange will have both inbound and outbound land closures.

Lane closures for striping and landscaping are scheduled from tomorrow through Friday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., and Saturday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

• One Honolulu-bound or one Koko Head-bound lane of Kalaniana'ole Highway will be closed between H-1 Freeway and Laukahi Street tomorrow to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

During lane closures Waikui Street will also be closed. Lane closures may prevent motorists from turning left on to Ainakoa Avenue from outbound Kalaniana'ole. Motorists are advised to anticipate delays.

• Lanes may be closed along Moanalua Freeway tomorrow to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. for lighting improvements.

Closures may be expected along Kamehameha Highway/Moanalua Freeway in the Honolulu-bound directions between McGrew Loop and Aloha Stadium and along Moanalua Road from Moanalua Freeway to 'Aiea Access Road in the 'Ewa-bound direction.

• One lane of Likelike Highway will be closed in each direction between the Wilson Tunnel and Burmeister Overpass from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for drainage work from tomorrow through Friday.

Also, one lane will be closed during the same time in both directions between Valley View Drive and Burmeister Overpass in the Honolulu-bound direction and from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Kane'ohe-bound direction for median work.

• The bicycle route and sidewalk along Nimitz Highway in the Diamond Head-bound direction between Sumner and Smith streets is closed until further notice.

Some lanes in both directions of Nimitz Highway between Sumner and Queen streets will be closed between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m. tomorrow through Friday for waterline and railing work.

• Lane closures on Kamehameha Highway between Waiahole Valley Road and Ka'a'awa Place for drainage improvements, pedestrian bridge and guardrail work begin tomorrow and run through Friday. One lane in either direction will be closed and contraflowed from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• Single lane closures along Nimitz Highway in both directions near Pacific and Kukahi Streets for construction of sidewalks, medians and ramps are scheduled for tomorrow through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 3 p.m.

• The two west-bound right lanes of H-1 Freeway will be closed near the Waimalu Viaduct from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Tuesday. The work was initially scheduled for Oct. 14, but was postponed because of an accident.

• Today through Thursday west-bound lanes of Moanalua Freeway will be closed from 11:45 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. between the Fort Shafter/Ahua Street exit and the Pu'uloa Road/Tripler Hospital exit. Only the right lane will be closed at the Tripler exit; the exit itself will remain open.

Tomorrow east-bound lanes of Moanalua Freeway will be closed from 11:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. at the Tripler exit.

• Lane closures on Kamehameha Highway in Wahiawa will start today and run through Thursday from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. The closures will occur between Avocado Street and Kilani Avenue. There will be no parking in the work area from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. Traffic will be contraflowed on the remaining lanes.
