Tonight's Must-See

"Skin" debut, 8 p.m., Fox. Jewel (Olivia Wilde) is a rich teenager, a pensive kid who's wary of her empty peers. She meets the quiet Adam (D.J. Cotrona). He's half-Mexican and she thinks he's a working-class kid. Life isn't that convenient. His dad (Kevin Anderson) is the district attorney and her dad (Ron Silver) is a pornography mogul, and they'll soon be locked in legal warfare. "Skin" is surprisingly good.

Of Note

"Dora the Explorer," 5 p.m., Nickelodeon. This amiable preschool show visits prime time to introduce a new character. He's Diego, a nature and science expert who can talk to animals.

"The Next Joe Millionaire: An International Affair," 7 p.m., Fox. The original — a dating show with a regular guy pretending to be rich — seemed like a neat stunt. This time, the same trick is played on women from other countries.

"Yes, Dear," 7 p.m., CBS. Jimmy becomes a contestant on "Big Brother."

"Everybody Loves Raymond," 8 p.m., CBS. Ray hires his friend Gianni to remodel the kitchen.

"Las Vegas," 8 p.m., NBC. A man is using a date-rape drug. Even after he targets Delinda, her dad (James Caan) doesn't call the police. Instead, he hunts the guy himself. Meanwhile, Mike is wary of three MIT students with high-tech equipment.

"Third Watch," 9 p.m., NBC. Rap star DMX plays a rapper whose men are roughing up people who sell counterfeit CDs.
