Hunting

Sept. 12-13 — Free hunter education classes. The Hawai'i Department of Land & Natural Resources will be offering classes on hunter safety and outdoor survival skills at the Wai'anae Public Library. The class is open to anyone 10 or older. The class will run from 5:45 p.m. to 10:15 p.m. on Sept. 12 and from 7:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sept. 13. Information: 587-0200.

The Central O'ahu Jogging Clinic will meet in odd months at Wahiawa District Park at 6:30 a.m. and at Mililani Mauka Elementary School at 6 a.m. on even months. Tennis

USA 1-2-3 tennis lessons. At Diamond Head Tennis Center. For beginners and advanced beginners, ages 6-13. Fee: six one-hour lessons for $24.
