FILIPINAS LORENZO BALIGAD, 89, of Kahuku, died Sept. 3, 2003. Born in Bangui, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. Retired housekeeper at Turtle Bay. DOREEN KEIKO ENDRESON, 49, of Everett, Wash., died Aug. 23, 2003. Born in Honolulu. A retail saleswoman. Survived by mother, Josephine Feiteira-Kahue; stepfather, James Kahue; sons, John and Jacob; daughters, Shannon and Carli; their mother, Barbara Blue; two grandchildren; sisters, Jody Gilbert and Jill Park. EUGENE "JIGGS" ROBERT RITCHIE, 80, of Everett, Wash., formerly of Maui and O'ahu, died Aug. 31, 2003. Born in Portland, Ore. Executive operations manager for Spencecliff Restaurants in the 1960s.
