FILIPINAS LORENZO BALIGAD, 89, of Kahuku, died Sept. 3, 2003. Born in Bangui, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. Retired housekeeper at Turtle Bay. Survived by sons, Illustre, Rubert and Benjamin; daughters, Lilia Tani and Constancia Stabilio; 19 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchlldren; two great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Rosalina Castillo, Soledad Magpali, Carlina Manadat and Juanita Castillo. DOREEN KEIKO ENDRESON, 49, of Everett, Wash., died Aug. 23, 2003. Born in Honolulu. A retail saleswoman.
