FILIPINAS LORENZO BALIGAD, 89, of Kahuku, died Sept. 3, 2003. Born in Bangui, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. Retired housekeeper at Turtle Bay. Survived by sons, Illustre, Rubert and Benjamin; daughters, Lilia Tani and Constancia Stabilio; 19 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchlldren; two great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Rosalina Castillo, Soledad Magpali, Carlina Manadat and Juanita Castillo. DOREEN KEIKO ENDRESON, 49, of Everett, Wash., died Aug. 23, 2003. Born in Honolulu. A retail saleswoman. JOHN M. FEITEIRA III, 52, of Kailua, Oahu and Maui, died Aug. 28, 2003. Born in Honolulu. Executive chef at Stouffer's Wailea, Maui and Long Beach Renaissance Hotel in Long Beach, Calif.
