We've all heard the word, right? Nutrition experts tell us to pay attention to what we're eating. So are you asking yourself just how many calories are in that Big Mac? How much fat and sodium are in Wendy's Mandarin Chicken Salad? For such information, try the restaurants' Web sites.

You'll learn that a Big Mac has 580 calories and 33 grams of total fat, at Mcdonalds.com/countries/usa/food/nutrition.

You'll see that Wendy's Mandarin Chicken Salad has 150 calories, 1.5 grams of fat and 650 mg sodium, but its Spicy Chicken Sandwich has 430 calories, 15 grams of fat and 1,240 mg sodium, at Wendys.com.

Burgerking.com/food/nutrition reveals that a Croissan'wich with sausage and cheese has 475 calories (330 calories from fat; that's 36 grams).

At TacoBell.com, a Chalupa Baja with beef weighs in with 430 calories, 27 grams of fat and 750 mg sodium.

The choices are yours.

Book covers spectrum

That brutally honest, frank and funny English fashion duo Trinny Woodall and Susannah Constantine has released a book titled after their hit TV show: "What Not to Wear."

It's a characteristic blend of their full-frontal humor and practical tips on how to bring out your best.

In an effort to help women avoid fashion faux pas, chapters are organized according to figure features: "flabby tummy, big butt, short legs, big arms." A photo on the left shows the worst possible choice of dress; the right-page photo displays the best look.

The book, $15 retail, is available at Borders, Barnes & Noble, Bookends and Bestsellers. The show is aired locally on Oceanic Cablevision's BBC America channel. For a schedule of local showings, check bbcamerica.com.
