Tonight's Must-See

"Steve Harvey's Big Time" debut, 7 p.m., WB. We meet a guy who escapes from shackles while spinning in a washing machine, a 10-year-old singer who channels James Brown, and a 4-year-old who recites names of governors and cabinet members.

9-11 Related

"In Memoriam: New York City, 9/11/01," rerun, 4 p.m., HBO. This compelling documentary skillfully weaves video of the events and reflections afterward.

"NY Firefighters," 4 and 11 p.m., Discovery Channel. This special looks at the Sept. 11 attacks from the firefighters' perspective.

"9/11: The President's Story" (8 and 11 p.m., TLC) and "DC 9/11: Time of Crisis" (6 p.m., Showtime). Both view the attacks from a White House perspective.

Of Note

"Reality of Reality: Everything New is Old," 5, 6 and 10 p.m., Bravo. This documentary traces the history of reality shows.
