"Reba," 9 p.m., WB. This one-hour episode starts the show's third season. Tonight, Reba's daughter, Kyra, wants to move in with her father and his ditzy new wife.

"CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," 7 p.m., CBS. In a rerun, a grisly discovery at a meat plant leads to a fancy restaurant.
"Boston Public," 8 p.m., Fox. Whitney Houston guests in this hour, which centers on the prom.
"While You Were Out," 9 p.m., TLC. In the third story of a 1900s-style home (without air conditioning), a woman wants to create a feng shui office for her husband.
"The Reality of Reality: Outrageous Worldwide TV," 5, 6 and 10 p.m., Bravo. Yes, the reality TV trend has been bizarre. And most of the ideas were taken from shows in other countries. This documentary special views some of them.
"Boomtown," 9 p.m., NBC. David McNorris, the deputy district attorney, has sunk back into alcoholism. In tonight's rerun, he tries to learn whether he's been in a hit-and-run killing.
