Tonight's Must-See

"Ed" (7 p.m.) and "The West Wing" (8 p.m.), both NBC. With the networks' new season opening in five days, this is the time to catch reruns of the finales for the current season. Here are two. First, Ed finds himself at a turning point. Carol (Julie Bowen), whom he's loved forever, finally wants him. Still, he's also fond of Frankie (Sabrina Lloyd), his colleague in his law practice. Tonight, a decision must be made. Then "West Wing" has its own crises, personal and international. On the night of his daughter's graduation, the president shuts down Washington, D.C., and sends a fleet to the Persian Gulf.
