QUICK AND EASY
Michael's fresh Hawaiian heart of palm ahi poke
Heart of palm poke goes well with fresh chopped greens.

- 1 pound fresh ahi
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh Hawaiian ginger
- 2 teaspoon natural wasabi powder
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup light shoyu
- 1 6-inch piece fresh heart of palm stem portion
- Fresh chopped greens of your choice
Note: Some of these measurements are approximate and should be done to taste.
Cut ahi into bite-size pieces. Mix together ginger, wasabi and shoyu. Add to ahi and mix. Add sesame oil and mix.
Thinly slice fresh heart of palm. Toss with poke and chill.
Plate on fresh chopped greens.
