MICHAEL LUNN CHANG, 43, of 'Aiea, died Sept. 12, 2003. Born in Honolulu. President of Innovative Software Solutions Inc. KENNETH KAZUMI DATE, 63, of Hanalei, Kaua'i, died Sept. 19, 2003. Born in Honolulu. Retired Army colonel.
