Tonight's Must-See

"Frasier" season-opener, 8 and 8:30 p.m., NBC. After a couple of so-so seasons, "Frasier" reminds us why it used to be television's best comedy. In the first episode, Roz decides she shouldn't have quit the station and Niles and Daphne fret about whether they can conceive a baby. In the second, Frasier gets back together with Julia (Felicity Huffman) — with hilarious aftershocks.

"One Tree Hill" debut, 8 p.m., WB. In a little North Carolina town people obsess on basketball skills and social status. Nathan (James Lafferty) has both. His dad is a rich car dealer, his girlfriend (Hilarie Burton) is beautiful. Then his half-brother, Lucas, whom he did not grow up with, enters the picture. His mother may have raised Lucas (Chad Michael Murray) alone, but he's a basketball standout.
