55 residents get Ko Olina grants

Fifty-five O'ahu residents received more than $125,000 in scholarships from the Ko Olina Training Fund, established as part of a commitment from the Ko Olina resort master developer that received $75 million in state tax credits earlier this year. Scholarship winners got grants up to $2,500 each for education or training from the fund.
