Former Kaua'i councilman, one-time candidate for Kaua'i mayor, proprietor of auto towing company, wrecking yard at Ahukini, Ahukini Marine Service and charter fishing company. Survived by wife, Kathleen; sons, Michael and Daniel; daughters, Kristine Garcia and Penny Barretto; mother, Ida; sisters, Dolores Barreira, Bernice Ornellas, Frances Carreira, Ramona Mock and Theresa Wery; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. LADONNA LEE DUNBAR, 50, of Kainalu, Moloka'i, died Sept. 12, 2003. Her husband, WILLIAM "BILLY" DUNBAR, 89, also of Kainalu, died Sept. 23, 2003. Ladonna Lee Dunbar was born in Pascagoula, Miss. She is survived by her mother, Patricia Lowry; sister, Wanda Lowry; stepson, Kip Dunbar. William "Billy" Dunbar was born in San Francisco. He is survived by his son, Kip; daughter-in-law, Leslie Dunbar; sister, Janet Fonseca; grandchildren, Matthew and Stephanie. MARK EDWARD CHUNG KON WOLFE, 47, of Hanahan, S.C., died Sept. 16, 2003. A senior chief radioman retired from the U.S. Navy, and member of the Fleet Reserve Association and Disabled American Veterans. Survived by wife, Linda Fay; sons, Mark Wolfe and Travis Wade; daughter, Jennifer; father, Howard; sisters, Colleen Capello and Collette Kuriki.
