Tonight's Must-See

"Everybody Loves Raymond," 8 p.m., CBS. Last week's season-opener barely mentioned the newlyweds, Robert and Amy. Now they're back from their honeymoon and "Raymond" can find some fresh fun. Marie is set to dominate Amy just as she's overshadowed her other daughter-in-law, Debra. Tonight, Debra springs to Amy's defense.

"The Blues: The Soul of a Man," 9 p.m., PBS. German filmmaker Wim Wenders was fascinated with J.B. Lenoir. Here was a blues great who had died young (in 1967, at 38, after a car accident and a heart attack) and unappreciated. There seemed to be no footage of his work. Then came the surprise: A Swedish couple had shot films (never shown) of Lenoir. That's at the heart of Wenders' film, which cuts between Lenoir and modern people performing his work. Cassandra Wilson's rendition of his "Vietnam Blues" is stunning. Wenders also looks at Blind Willie Johnson and Skip James. Performances includes Bonnie Raitt, John Mayall and the spectacular Shemekia Copeland.

Of Note

"Fear Factor," 7 p.m., NBC. This starts a two-parter set in Las Vegas, indirectly boosting the NBC series "Las Vegas" that follows.

"Yes, Dear," 7 p.m., CBS. Tim Conway and Vicki Lawrence return as Greg's parents. The dad, it turns out, is obsessed with comic books.

"Still Standing," 7:30 p.m., CBS. As his son nears his 16th birthday, Bill gets way too passionate about driving lessons.

"Two and a Half Men," 8:30 p.m., CBS. Last week's funny debut set up the situation: Charlie (Charlie Sheen) finds his bachelor pad is suddenly home for his nervous brother Alan (Jon Cryer) and nephew.

"Third Watch," 9 p.m., NBC. Last season ended fiercely with both a shootout and an explosion. The rogue cop Cruz shot Yokas, who was then shot by other cops. Tonight, both women fight for their lives while Yokas' husband blames her police partner, Bosco.
