April 28 — Deadline for the U.S. Open local qualifying at Ka'anapali North May 15, at Po'ipu Bay resort May 18 and Palmer Course, Turtle Bay Resort May 20. Top finishers advance to the sectional qualifying June 7 at the Palmer Course, Turtle Bay Resort. Professionals and amateurs with a USGA 1.4 handicap or less. Fee: $125.
