Mid-Pacific edges Iolani in seventh inning, 6-5

Mid-Pacific's Brenton Endo scored the winning run in the bottom of the seventh inning on a single by Chris Freshour and a fielding error by the center fielder as the host Owls edged Iolani, 6-5, in an Interscholastic League of Honolulu game yesterday.
Endo, who was on first base, was running on the pitch.
Mid-Pacific's Chris Goya and Adam Tamashiro each had two hits and Randy Rundgren homered.
