Kalaheo routs Kaimuki with big first half, 62-33

Kaiena Huihui scored 13 points as the host Kalaheo Mustangs rolled past the Kaimuki Bulldogs, 62-33, last night in an O'ahu Interscholastic Association Eastern Division game at Kalaheo.

Kamala Kau added 12 points, and Kaliko Kepa and Shaina Siliga 11 apiece as the Mustangs (3-1) raced to a 45-19 halftime lead.

Flora Mesa led the Bulldogs (1-3) with seven points.

Castle defeated Thompson Academy by forfeit: Thompson Academy, playing its first year in the OIA East, will forfeit the remainder of its games this season. Thompson has been unable to get enough players to field a team.
