Here is good advice: "The hardest thing for some people is not to tell everything they know. It's especially difficult when the information is a juicy tidbit others would like to know. One should learn when to keep one's mouth shut. Otherwise, nobody will trust him. When something is told to you in confidence, keep it that way ... seal your lips."
