Pacific Art League, and the Pacific Prints Committee, based in Palo Alto, Calif., seeks hand-pulled prints from Pacific-rim states and countries for the Oct. 1-Nov. 27 exhibition, juried by Paula Kirkeby. HAwaii Handweavers' Hui asks for submissions for the 50th annual exhibition planned for May 15-31 on the the theme "50...Interpreted." The State Foundation on Culture and the Arts, the Art is Public Places is soliciting new two-dimensional works (at least 30 by 40 inches) from artists residing in Hawai'i on the theme "Reflecting Hawai'i."
