About 30 people complaining of a "glue-like" odor were evacuated today from a portable classroom at Honolulu Community College at 874 Dillingham Blvd.
The evacuation occurred at 8:46 a.m. A hazardous materials unit did an air check of the building and found nothing abnormal in terms of air quality, said HFD spokesman Capt. Emmit Kane.
Eleven people were treated for minor irritation complaints, said Kane. No one was taken to the hospital, he added.
