Stars unwind on Big Island

Celebrity-watchers are having a field day at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai on the Big Island, with a couple of couples the center of attention:

• Oscar-winning actor Denzel Washington and his wife, Pauletta, are enjoying a family vacation. In his case, it might be time for a rest before the release of his "Man on Fire" film, set to open April 23.
• Actress Heather Locklear ("Melrose Place," "Spin City") and her husband, rock 'n' roller Richie Sambora (of Bon Jovi) also are enjoying the solitude of the hotel.

Both couples checked in last week and so far have eluded media attention and paparazzi.
