Wily, Ah Hoy lead Kahuku over Kalaheo in OIA East

Latoya Wily scored 17 points and Camilla Ah Hoy added 14 as host Kahuku beat Kalaheo, 49-41, last night to remain unbeaten in the O'ahu Interscholastic Association Eastern Division.

Kahuku improved to 6-0; while Kalaheo dropped to 5-2.

Shanadee Canon scored 20 to lead the Mustangs.

• McKinley 59, Farrington 51, Chelsie Sato scored six of her 14 points in overtime and Meagan Miyasaka added five of her 17 in the extra period as the host Tigers beat the Governors.

Bre Carson led McKinley with 18 points, including three 3-pointers.

McKinley's Chantel Yadao hit a 3-pointer from the left wing to tie the game at 45 with seven seconds left in regulation.

Sunshine Misa-Uli scored 17 to lead Farrington.
