Tonight's Must-See
"The Apprentice" finale, 8 p.m., NBC. This ratings giant wraps up with two hours, partly live. Last week, viewers saw Donald Trump trim the field to two people. Tonight, in the pre-taped part, those two will tackle one more task. The rest airs in Studio 8-H, home of "Saturday Night Live." The 14 rejected contestants will be there. So will Trump, who will decide who has won.
"Friends," 7 and 7:30 p.m., NBC. These two reruns are terrific. Joey has hilarious moments in the first episode (trying to learn French dialogue) and sweet ones in the second (opposite child star Dakota Fanning). Also, the first has Chandler and Monica learning a scary possibility about the biological father of the baby they'll adopt. Then there are Ross and Rachel. In the first episode, they bond after her dad's heart attack. In the second, she drops a bombshell after failing a job interview.

"Merrie Monarch Festival," 6 p.m., KITV. The 41st annual edition of the hula festival dedicated to King David Kalakaua, a champion of Hawaiian culture, begins tonight with the Miss Aloha Hula competition. Women's solo performances tonight end with the crowning of a winner. Broadcast live from the Edith Kanaka'ole Tennis Stadium in Hilo.
Of Note
"American Idol," 7 p.m., Fox. This is results night, one day later than usual. The presidential news conference on Tuesday pushed this week's "Idol" performances back to Wednesday. Tonight, we learn which of the eight people was ousted by viewers, trimming the field to seven.
"Survivor: All-Stars," 7 p.m., CBS. An 11th person is ousted.
"Tru Calling," 8 p.m., Fox. On a recent "American Idol," viewers heard a sensational performance by Tamyra Gray, one of the show's alumni. Now we see her acting side. Gray who also did several "Boston Public" episodes plays a movie star. Tru learns about the star's dark side.
