Three robberies by one man, police say

Traffic in the west-bound lanes of the H-1 Freeway was backed up for miles today after a truck dumped a load of rocks near the Waiawa overpass.

At one point, cars were lined up to the Kaonohi Street overpass. The road was cleared at about 3:30 p.m., said Department of Transportation spokesman Scott Ishikawa.
