Servco Pacific Inc. plans to double the size of its Waipahu automobile dealership as part of a $12 million redevelopment project expected to begin later this month and last 2 1/2 years.
The company said it will replace its existing Waipahu Auto Co. facility at 94-729 Farrington Highway in two phases, creating a new 65,000-square-foot complex with a new-car showroom, parts and service building, car wash and other improvements.
The dealership, which represents Toyota, Chevrolet and Suzuki brands, will be renamed Servco Auto Leeward.
