Honolulu gas up 5 cents in month

The average price of regular unleaded gasoline for Honolulu hit a high of $2.073 a gallon today, according to the AAA travel club.That’s up nearly 5 cents from a month ago and 11 cents a gallon above the year-ago average.
The statewide average of $2.163 was just below a high hit Saturday and second only to California’s average of $2.183 a gallon.
