Survived by sons, Benedict, Richard and Francis Mokuohai, and Moody, Alfred and Jonathan; daughters, Abigail Kelepolo and Anna Caudell; brothers, Sam and Harold Fujihara; sister, Madeline Leslie; 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren. GERALD "JERRY BOY" CORTEZ JR., 30, of Hilo, Hawai'i, died April 18, 2004. Born in Honolulu. An auto mechanic helper. Survived by wife, Rosie; companion, Tasha Flores; sons, Sheldin and Kaipo; daughters, La Shae and Journee; parents, Gerald Sr. and Jeanette; brothers, Brian, Travis, Patrick and Clifford Santos and Starsky; sisters, Darlene, Shana and Sandra Santos, Lacina Pagan, Amily Arruda and Juenette Wong Yuen; stepfather, Lawrence Pagan. ANGEL GONZALES DUALAN, 83, of 'Ewa Beach, died April 16, 2004. Born in Ternate, Cavite, Philippines. Survived by sons, Frank, Honorio, Bernardo, Rizaldy and Jessie; daughters, Dolores Isidro, Roselina Penaranda, Lucila Jimenez and Divina Johnson; brothers, Pedro and Victor; sister, Maxima Encarnacion; 22 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren. Visitation 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Mililani Mortuary Makai Chapel; service 7 p.m. Visitation also 9 to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the mortuary; service 10:30 a.m.; burial to be held in the Philippines. JULIO "JIMMY" DUARTE, 84, of 'Aiea, died April 11, 2004. Born in Kahuku. A retired dispatcher for Pearl Harbor Fuel Department. Survived by wife, Lily; son, James; daughters, Daneta Lee and Derna; brothers, Henry and Raymond; sister, Mary Burgett; granddaughter, Diana Lee Baba. Private service held. JOYCE ALMA GRAF, 67, of Honolulu, died April 19, 2004. Born in Newtonmore, Scotland. A homemaker. Survived by husband, Edward; son, Dennis Pox; grandson, Christian; brother, George; sister, Moyra and Penny. Memorial service 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Naniwa Gardens, 6750 Hawai'i Kai Drive. RICHARD SADASHI HONDA SR., 61, of Fairfield, Calif., formerly of Hawai'i, died April 7, 2004. Born in Honolulu. A retired pipe fitter. Survived by wife, Anna; sons, Richard Jr. and Chester Honda and Alvin Yasuda; daughters, Crystal and Marissa Honda and JoAnne Wiggins; father, Robert; brother, Edward; sister, Aileen Kanemitsu; 11 grandchildren. SHIZUO ROGER KATSUTANI, 82, of Wailuku, Maui, died April 21, 2004. Born in Pu'unene, Maui. Veteran of the 442nd Regimental Combat Team. Survived by sons, Roger and Alden; daughter, Cordis Higa; brother, Akito; sisters, Kikuye Yokouchi, Fujiko Matsui, Amy Kurahara and Peggy Sugahara. Private service held. KATHLEEN LEIALOHA LELEO, 67, of Wai'anae, died April 17, 2004. Born in Waimea, Kaua'i. A retired preschool teacher. Survived by husband, Nathan "Moki" Sr.; son, Nathan Jr.; daughters, Kathleen Kaaumoana, Dee Renshaw and Sharyl "Kapi"; brother, Everett "Buddy" Malama; sisters, Mary Serrao and May Parages; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Visitation 10 a.m. Friday at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary; service 11:30 a.m.; burial to follow at Hawai'i State Veterans Cemetery. Casual attire.

TAKAJI TOKUMURA, 88, died April 15, 2004. Born in Kealakekua, Hawai'i. A retired sheet-metal worker at Durant-Irvine and Commercial Sheet Metal Co. Survived by wife, Yoshi; son, Craig; daughters, Gail Yoneoka, Ann Tokumura; and Judith Oka; five grandchildren; brother, Katsuo; sister, Elizabeth "Betty" Hirata.
