Associated Press

FORT SMITH, Ark. — Franklin Langham won his second Nationwide Tour title in nearly 11 years yesterday, shooting a 4-under 66 for a two-stroke victory over Keoke Cotner in the Rheem Classic.

Cotner, who graduated from Kamehameha Schools in 1989, closed with a 67 and earned $51,300 in his best finish on the tour this season.

Cotner made a big move on the tour's money list, vaulting from No. 85 to 12. In three events this year, he has earned $60,075.

Langham, who had a 61 on Friday, finished at 5-under 265. He earned $85,500 for his first tour victory since the 1993 Permian Basin Open.
