Posing perfectly at the window is Sara. Along with her three kittens, this beautiful cat received foster care for several months from a volunteer. Now the kittens have been adopted, and Sara is looking for a loving home of her own.

This 10-month-old beagle mix has been learning good manners in the shelter animal training program. Lexi has been taught to sit and stay using a clicker. The positive techniques used to train Lexi will be passed along to her adopter.



Tag No. 371

This adorable female heeler mix is called Sauna. She was found on June 18 and remains unclaimed at the humane society. If you have lost this 2-year-old creamy white and brown dog with floppy brown ears, please visit the shelter to claim her.

These particular animals already may have found homes. The Hawaiian Humane Society and McInerny Dog Park at 2700 Wai'alae Ave. are open noon to 8 p.m. weekdays, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekends.
