Service scheduled for James F. Gary

A memorial service for James F. Gary is scheduled for 4 p.m. Wednesday at the Church of the Holy Nativity, 5286 Kalaniana'ole Highway.

Gary, a former University of Hawai'i regent and head of Pacific Resources Inc., died Thursday. The family will scatter his ashes privately.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to: Aloha Council Boy Scouts of America, 42 Puiwa Road, Honolulu, HI 96817 or St. Francis Hospice, 24 Puiwa Road, Honolulu, HI 96817.
