Weddings

Kimberlie May Michie Yoshida, daughter of Richard and May Yoshida of Honolulu, and Todd Masato Tamori, son of Andrew and Anne Tamori of Honolulu, were married May 15 at the Ala Moana Hotel. The bride (1995 Kalani High/University of Hawai'i-Manoa 1999), now Kimberlie May Michie Tamori, is a state social worker. The groom (1995 Mid-Pacific Institute/UH-Manoa) is an insurance service counselor. The couple live in Honolulu.

May Leiko Togo Imamura and Larry Uruu were married June 11 at the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawai'i, where the reception followed. The bride (Kahuku High/University of Hawai'i bachelor's), now May Leiko Togo Imamura-Uruu, is a retired teacher. The groom (Farrington High/Honolulu Community College) is a retired mason supervisor for the City and County of Honolulu. The couple live in 'Aiea.
