JOHN EDWARD BARCLAY, 85, of Kala'e, Moloka'i, died Aug. 6, 2004. Born in Rockland, Mass. Retired state probation officer. Survived by daughter, Joan Ullin; two grandchildren; two great-grandsons. Private service. Arrangements by Borthwick Mortuary.

LIU CHI, 94, of Honolulu, died Aug. 4, 2004. Born in Guang Dong Province, China. Spiritual leader and president of Kuan Yin Temple, board of directors. No survivors. Chinese Buddhist service 9 a.m. to noon tomorrow at Borthwick Mortuary; cremation to follow. Donations to Kuan Yin Temple.

JOSEPH YUEN EN CHUNG, 70, of Honolulu, died July 20, 2004. Born in Honolulu. Retired longtime Hawaii Housing Authority employee. Survived by wife, Veronica; brothers, Francis and Melvin. VICTORIA "TORIA" BUESA DAGDAG, 83, of Wailuku, Maui, died Aug. 5, 2004. Born in Santa Maria, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. Member of the Santa Marians of Hawaii, Maui Chapter. Survived by daughter, Judita; stepdaughter, Jeanette Bernardo; adopted daughter, Rosita Angel; stepsons, Edward and Benjamin Dag; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
