Tonight's Must-See

"Last Comic Standing," 8 p.m., NBC. Tonight, we learn who is the champion of this second season. Viewers saw three finalists Tuesday, then voted for the winner, who will get a Comedy Central concert and an NBC development deal.

"Blue Collar TV," 7 p.m., WB. In its third episode, this remains both funny and frustrating. The frustration involves lost potential: "Blue Collar TV" rarely uses the great standup skills of its stars (Jeff Foxworthy, Bill Engvall, Larry the Cable Guy) and to-night's guest (Ron White).

Of Note

Soccer, 7 a.m., MSNBC. The game is between Iraq and Portugal.

"Big Brother 5," 7 p.m., CBS. It's time for the fifth person to be ousted.
