Federal offices: Open. State offices: Closed. City, county offices: Closed. Mail: Regular service. Libraries: Closed. TheBus: State holiday schedule, with express service; and slightly reduced, regular weekday and express bus service for military buses and downtown Honolulu. Information: 848-5555 or www.thebus.org. On-street parking: Free, except for Kalakaua Avenue metered stalls along Kapi'olani Park. Holiday towaway zone parking as permitted by sign. Municipal lots must be fed. Traffic: No coning. Trash: Regular rubbish pickups. Landfills/transfer stations: Open. Open markets: Closed. Attractions: Parks and recreation centers, municipal golf courses, botanical gardens and Honolulu Zoo, all open.
