Taiwan president's visit to affect freeway traffic today

Police have advised motorists to expect freeway delays between 3 and 7 p.m. today due to the visit of Shui-Bian Chen, president of Taiwan.Portions of the freeway will be shut down as the motorcade travels from the Honolulu International Airport to Waikiki, then out to Pearl Harbor before returning to Waikiki.
