Bosco Reo was being held last night on $500,000 bail.

Reo is accused of stabbing a 20-year-old man after the two got into an argument on the fishing vessel Kathleen II. Both were fishermen on the boat, which was tied up at Pier 17 in Honolulu Harbor.

Women sought in carjacking

Police are asking for the public's help in locating two or three females who may have been targets of a carjacking Tuesday in the parking lot of Sam's Club on Ke'eaumoku Street.

The women were in a red four-door sedan when a man attempted to steal their car, police said. The man failed, but then car-jacked a black pickup truck at knife-point.

The man ordered the owner to drive off, leading police on a chase on Kapi'olani Boulevard. Police eventually caught up with the man at Cooke and King streets and arrested him.

The 39-year-old man was being held last night in a police cellblock pending charges.

Police said the females in the car left the parking lot before they could be questioned. Anyone with information should call Detective Gordon Makishima at 529-3383 or CrimeStoppers at 955-8300 or *CRIME on a cellular phone.
