Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, a membership program for those 50 and older; $60 fee allows up to three specialized courses per term, unlimited tours and special events at the University of Hawai'i-Manoa and satellite locations. 956-8224. • TRANSPORTATION/ESCORT Some of these services are for elderly or disabled people who can travel alone; others are for people who need to be accompanied. Be sure to state what type is needed. Also, you may want to pick up a Disabled Person Parking Permit application at any Satellite City Hall for the physician to fill out. Submit to the address on the form.
