Survived by sons, Jonathan, Ismael, William Jr., Alexander, Gideon and Robert; daughter, Elizabeth Mancenido; 33 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; two brothers; two sisters. CHRISHELLE MOKIHANA LOKELANI KAEHUAEA DUCKWORTH-OROT, of Wai'anae, infant daughter of Christina Orot and James Duckworth Jr., died Nov. 10, 2004. Born in Honolulu. KENNETH KOICHI ISHII, 74, of Honolulu, died Nov. 24, 2004. Born in Honolulu. Retired Hilton Hawaiian Village bell captain. ELAINE KAUIOPUNA PAHIO KAHIAMOE, 74, of Waipi'o Acres, formerly of Ho'ea Kohala, Hawai'i, died Nov. 27, 2004. Born in Ho'olehua, Moloka'i. Retired State Farm Insurance Co. secretary; an elder and Sunday school teacher at His Highest Praise Church, Ka'a'awa; past president and secretary, Makakilo Senior Citizens Club; an Angels on Wheels volunteer and one of the first home-care nurses at St. Francis Medical Center. Survived by husband, William Sr.; sons, Kit David, William Jr. and Cornelius "Anela"; daughters, Elaine Freitas, Merrille "Kanoelani" Kalahiki and Loriemle Malterre; sisters, Elizabeth Lidstone, Emmaline Johnasen, Loretta Chin and Rosemarie Coen; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
